The best restaurant in town (2c)

Am Freitag, dem 05.04.2024 führte die English AHS-Gruppe der 2c ein Theaterstück “The best restaurant in town“ vor. In diesem Stück geht es um das angeblich „BESTE“ Restaurant der Stadt, das sich aber von einer ganz anderen Seite zeigt. Das falsche Essen wird serviert, und es stellt sich heraus, dass dieses auch vom gegenüberliegenden Restaurant kommt. In diesem Theaterstück konnten die Schüler der 2c spielerisch ihre Englischkenntnisse verbessern.

The Candyman (3b)

Währenddessen stellte die Englisch AHS-Gruppe der 3b das Theaterstück "The Candyman" ihren Mitschülern vor.

We started doing plays in 6^th grade. We always read and listened to the stories in our school book. One day, Mrs. Howard came up with the idea that we could play a story called "Abracadabra, one, two, three!". That was how everything started. After that, we played more stories. Our most recent play is called "The Candyman". It is about three students who are on a schooltrip to the countryside with their classmates and their teacher Mr. Wallis. In the play, the three students are sitting around a campfire, talking about a scary superstition. In the end, this superstition comes true.
We presented the play twice, because we had a group of boys and a group of girls. It was a lot of fun for all of us and we hope we can do more plays in the future."
